Former university students living in London to meet up
FORMER University of Derby students pursuing lives and careers in London have been invited to get together at an evening event in the capital on March 19
The university is hosting its first ever Derby in London event from 6.30pm at Sway Bar in Holborn.

It is open to anyone who studied at the university at any point in the past and who now lives or works in the city.
Philip Holman, who graduated in 2010 with a BA (Hons) outdoor activities management degree, will be attending the event.

He is the head of paddlesports at Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre in Central London.
Philip said: "I'm really looking forward to the Derby in London event, especially finding out what other Derby graduates are up to in the city.
"It will also be a great networking opportunity where I'll be looking to pick up business leads ahead of launching my own outdoor activity consultancy business, VentureSketch.
